









Returns & Shipping
We aim to please! If you have any issues with your order or product, reach out to start a return. Generally, you have 30 days to start a return and your product must not be used and remained sealed.
To start a return, you can contact us at care@freethebody.co.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Shipment Processing Time:
We ask for up to two business days to process your order, simply because products are made in very small batches, however, the majority of orders are processed same day.
Shipping Rates and Speed:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping.
We offer multiple US Domestic shipping speeds:
ECONOMY - FREE - (3-8 Business Days)
EXPEDITED (2-4 Business Days)

*The choice of carrier used to ship your package is at the discretion of Free the Body Co. and is based upon the shipping speed chosen at checkout.
Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided by the carrier once your order is shipped. Once your order updates with the tracking number, an email will be sent to you.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please email care@freethebody.co for help.
